Processing Time

  • All WeFlaps Store orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days of purchase.

Shipping Method

  • Orders are shipped via regular U.S. postal service using postage stamps.
  • U.S. orders typically arrive within 3-7 days.
  • International orders usually take 7-12 days, depending on the destination.

Tracking Information

  • Since we use regular postage, tracking is not available at this time. Offering tracking would significantly increase the cost of the products.
  • If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out via the Contact page. I will send a replacement and provide a visual confirmation of the envelope, ensuring your address is correct.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your purchase. While I’m happy to assist with the first instance of lost mail, I can only take responsibility up to a certain point.

Global Shipping

  • We ship worldwide to any valid address. In the event of unforeseen global issues affecting delivery, we will update you on any impacted areas.

Holiday Delays

  • Please note that shipping may experience delays during late November and late December. Updates will be provided closer to that time.
